Payment can be made online with your credit card directly on our website.
Local / Belizean customers may choose "manual payment" as their payment method to pay offline via local bank deposit / transfer. Currency is 2 Bzd to 1 Usd.
You will receive our deposit info in your order confirmation, both on-screen and via email, should you choose the "manual payment" option.
Unpaid orders will remain open for 10 days after placing your order. On the 10th day, your order will be automatically cancelled, and the item returned to our stock count should it remain unpaid.
Once your order has been placed, it will ship within 1-3 business days.
For customized / initialed items, please allow 3-5 business days before your item is shipped.
We ship internationally (Due to COVID shipping restrictions, only to the USA) via our post office Intl. parcel service (3-4 weeks and track-able via USPS), and locally BPMS (Ground delivery), BELIZEON DROPBOX, and to the Islands (San Pedro & Caye Caulker) from Belize City via Tropic Air
Shipping Costs & Arrival times
International parcel shipping ranges from 10-30 USD -- depending on the package weight & shipping location. International parcel service takes approximately 3-4 weeks for arrival.
Domestic (within Belize) deliveries:
BPMS : Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Belizeon Dropbox to Belize city: Wednesdays & Fridays (Deliveries usually arrive after 5pm)
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Orders shipped outside Belize may incur import fees and tax on arrival. Import fees vary widely across the world, so please refer to your local customs office for further information. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com We will make every effort to cancel or adjust your order accordingly.
However, if your order has already been fulfilled (shipped), we will follow the returns guidelines.
Should you be unhappy with an order and would like to return it, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the item is returned to us within 7 days after its arrival, unused and in its original packaging, we will do everything we can to refund you fully for your item. In the circumstance that we are unable to refund you for your purchase, we will give you in-store credit of the full amount you've spent. Pieces that have been removed from packaging and used, soiled, or stained, are not returnable, and there non-refundable.
