Payment can be made online with your credit card directly through our Square checkout system, or via paypal.
Local / Belizean customers may choose "cash payment" as their payment method to pay offline via local bank deposit / transfer. Currency is 2 Bzd to 1 Usd.
You will receive our deposit info in your order confirmation, both on-screen and via email, should you choose the "Cash payment" option.
We ship internationally (Due to COVID shipping restrictions, only to the USA) via EMS (International express mail service) & regular international post office parcel service (BOTH are track-able online), and locally via TROPIC AIR (local flight delivery service), BPMS (Ground delivery), & Local post office mail.
Shipping Costs & Arrival times
EMS shipping ranges from flat-rate $25 USD - 40 USD for 0.1 KG to 1KG -- depending on the shipping location.
Due to COVID delays, package arrivals are delayed and may take 2-4 weeks to arrive - via both International parcel & EMS shipping.
International parcel shipping ranges from 10-30 USD -- depending on the package weight & shipping location. International parcel service takes approximately 3-4 weeks for arrival.
Domestic (within Belize) deliveries go out daily (Monday-Friday) to our local post office and BPMS, and Monday - Saturday via Tropic air.
Orders generally arrive within 2-4 days, depending on the chosen delivery method.
BPMS & our local post office only operate Monday - Friday, and are closed on weekends.
Any orders placed that are placed after 9 Am on Friday will ship out the following Monday
We offer a home-delivery service within Belmopan, on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays.
Pickup of orders placed in our online store may be picked up in-person from our home-studio location in Roaring Creek on Tuesdays, thursdays, and Saturdays. After placing your order, feel free to call or whatsapp us at 620-0104 for directions & to schedule a pickup-appointment time.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
If your delivery address is outside Belize, the USA, Canada, or the UK, you may have to pay import fees and tax on delivery. Import fees vary widely across the world, so please refer to your local customs office for further information. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at We will make every effort to cancel or adjust your order accordingly.
However, if your order has already been fulfilled (shipped), we will follow the Returns guidelines.
Should you be unhappy with an order and would like to return it, email us at email@example.com. If the item is returned, unused and in its original packaging, we will do everything we can to refund you fully for your item. In the circumstance that we are unable to refund you for your purchase, we will give you in-store credit of the full amount you've spent. Pieces that have been removed from packaging and used, soiled, or stained, are not returnable, and there non-refundable.
DO YOU HAVE AN OFFLINE SHOP?
For in-person purchases, we host regular popup shop events countrywide. Due to COVID restrictions, we currently have no popup events scheduled for the next 3 - 5 months.
